For an early-bird visit of Sissinghurst Castle Garden we will leave APMH at 08:00. On arrival at 09:30 there will be a preliminary talk.
This garden was an ambitious enterprise by Harold Nicolson and Vita Sackville-West from the late 1930s; still continued today by Adam Nicolson and his wife, Sarah Raven.

Departure is at 14:15 to arrive at All Saints’ Church, Tudeley to be presented with a guide to explain the history of the Chagall stained glass windows which have made the church so famous.
